$15.00 registration fee for building reservations - non-refundable for no shows
Campground/Waterfall weddings - $150.00 plus tax.

Holiday Weekends (memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day) must rent all 3 nights and pay in advance. 
All other weekends need to pay 1st night in advance.
If you DO NOT rent the ENTIRE BUILDING, you MIGHT be sharing the cabin with another person or group.

Damage Deposits - Refundable withing 30 days after facility rental
$500.00 damage deposit for weddings/large groups
$300.00 damage deposit for all other groups

We have a three tier rental rate for our facilities.

  • CLASS I - Co-Sponsored Camp Winnebago programs & Activites - NO Rental Charges
  • CLASS II - Recognized NON-PROFIT groups & organizations.
  • CLASS III - Commercial, Business, For-Profit Organizations and individuals.
All Groups, organizations and individuals MUST provide their own liability insurance when renting any of the camp buildings. A copy of insurance coverage must be on file at camp before using the facilities. Individuals may submit a copy of their homeowners insurance.
