Dining Hall + Kitchen + Dorms The building has a HUGE banquet area on the ground floor that can hold up to 300 people. The lower level has 8 dorm rooms that sleep up to 30 people. There is an elevator to between floors. Rent is CLASS II - $325.00 / Day CLASS III - $375.00 / Day
