Q. What
times are check-in and check-out for our campers.
A.
Check in time for adults is 1:00 PM on Monday Afternoon, for youths
check-in time is 3:00 PM on Sunday Afternoons. Check out time is 1:00 -
3:00 PM
on Friday for both Adults and Youths.
Q. How do you like the medications
brought to camp.
A. All medications should be set up in
med strips or med envelopes. One envelope for each med pass time.
Write names of meds and dosage amount on envelopes.
Q. Is there
help available for parents who cannot afford the camp fee.
A. Yes, contact the Camp Winnebago
office via the phone or e-mail.
Q. Can I bring the Camper Health Form
with me when the camper checks in?
A. We prefer and ask that the Camper
Health Form be sent back to us two weeks prior to the start of the
session the camper is attending.
Q. What is the
typical amount of spending money a camper needs to bring
A. The typical amount is anywhere from
$5 to $50. However it depends on if you want the camper to be able to
purchase souvenirs or just pop.

Q. Are there showers
available in the lower campground?
A. At this time there is no shower facility.
Q. How much do we
charge for campsites?
A: Electric & water are $25/day,
Electric Only Sites are $20/day, Rustic Sites are $15/day.
Q. How long is our
lower campground open for rental?
A. Camp sites are available to rent
depending on weather conditions from mid April through October 31st.
Q. How many
tents are allowed on one site?
A. Two tents are allowed to occupy one
site.
Q. Does our
campground have a dump station available?
A. Yes, it does. It is located near the
barn.
Q. Does our
campground offer recreational activities such as volley ball and horse
shoes?
A. A volley ball net is provided as
well as a horseshoe pit and swing set.
Q. When are our
cabins in the Upper Camp available for rental?
A. Cabins are available for rental from
September 1st through May 31st. Depending on availability.
Q. Is the
swimming pool in UPPER CAMP available for public use?
A. The swimming pool is strictly used
for our summer camping program.
Q. Are
generators allowed to be used in the lower campground?
A. We prefer that generators are not
used as it disturbs other campers. If a generator is needed, please ask
permission from the Camp Winnebago Campground Host.
